When Shah Rukh Khan joined hands with filmmaker Imtiaz Ali for a film, it was a casting coup of sorts. Two names synonymous with romance, the outcome expected was humongous from the film 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' ('JHMS'). However, when the film released, it got dissed and reportedly tanked at the box office. A year later since its release, SRK got candid about the film failing to live up to expectations during the promotions of his upcoming film 'Zero'. In an interview with a daily, the actor admitted that 'JHMS' was an utter flop and he let down a lot of people with it. Shah Rukh explains that when he signed the film he just liked the fact that the film had no story and had a couple fall in love while they go in search of the lost ring. It seemed like an 'organic, slice-of-life film' then. After the 'JHMS' experience, the actor reveals that whenever a filmmaker approaches him to do a slice-of-life-film, he reacts in the negative, quipping that he does not want a slice-of-life film and to just give him in the entire pumpkin. Currently busy with the promotions of his next film, 'Zero', which again features his 'JHMS' co-star, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. The trailer of the film, which has the actor playing a dwarf, was launched on his birthday (November 2) and went on to garner record views within two hours. The name of the dwarf that he plays in the film is Bauua Singh and he has already become a household name before its release, which is slated to take place on December 21, 2018
